SatoshisBrain will review all valid notices and take appropriate action, which may include removing or disabling access to the allegedly infringing material. We aim to respond to valid and complete notices within 10 business days.
2. Counter-Notification Process
If you believe that your content was removed or disabled as a result of a mistake or misidentification, you may submit a counter-notification. Your counter-notification must include the following:
- Your physical or electronic signature.
- Identification of the material that was removed or disabled and the URL where it appeared before removal.
- A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief that the material was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification.
- Your full legal name, mailing address, telephone number, and email address.
- A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the courts in your place of residence and that you will accept service of process from the party who submitted the original takedown notice or their agent.

Upon receipt of a valid counter-notification, SatoshisBrain may restore the removed material within 10 to 14 business days unless the original complainant notifies us that they have filed a legal action seeking a court order to restrain the alleged infringer from engaging in infringing activity.
3. Defamation Claims
SatoshisBrain takes defamation claims seriously. If you believe that content published on our website contains false statements of fact that harm your reputation, you may submit a removal request.
Your defamation removal request must include the following:
- Your full legal name and contact information.
- The specific URL or URLs of the content you believe to be defamatory.
- A detailed explanation of which statements you believe are false and defamatory, and the factual basis for your claim.
- Any supporting evidence or documentation that supports your position.

Please note that SatoshisBrain distinguishes between statements of fact and statements of opinion. Opinion, commentary, and fair criticism are protected under applicable law and do not constitute defamation.
4. Privacy Complaints and Personal Information Removal
SatoshisBrain respects individual privacy. If you believe that content on our website unlawfully discloses your personal information or violates your privacy rights under applicable law, including the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), you may submit a removal request.

All removal requests must be submitted in writing to info@satoshisbrain.com. We do not accept removal requests via social media, telephone, or other informal channels.
SatoshisBrain reserves the right to verify the identity of any person submitting a removal request. We may request additional documentation or information before processing your request.
SatoshisBrain reserves the right to reject incomplete, fraudulent, or bad faith requests. Submitting false or misleading information in a removal request may expose you to legal liability.
SatoshisBrain will retain records of all removal requests and our responses for a minimum of three years for legal and compliance purposes.
SatoshisBrain reserves the right to publish removal requests, in whole or in part, where we believe transparency serves the public interest. This includes but is not limited to requests that appear designed to suppress legitimate journalism or public interest reporting.

SatoshisBrain, its owners, employees, and agents shall not be held liable for any damages arising from the submission, review, or outcome of a removal request.
7. Governing Law
This policy and any disputes arising from it shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the European Union and the applicable laws of the Member State in which SatoshisBrain operates. Any legal proceedings shall be conducted in the competent courts of that jurisdiction.
