For the first quarter of fiscal 2026 ending Feb. 1, revenue totaled $19.3 billion, a 29% increase from the same period a year ago. Net income of $7.3 billion rose at an even faster rate of 34%.
CEO Hock Tan highlighted the scale of the company’s AI opportunity. The company’s AI chip revenue will exceed $100 billion in 2027, Tan stated.
Wall Street analysts maintain a positive outlook on the stock for 2026. Susquehanna and Rosenblatt have set price targets of $450, while Benchmark has a more aggressive target of $485.
From fiscal 2025 to fiscal 2028, analysts expect Broadcom’s revenue and adjusted EBITDA to grow at compound annual growth rates of 38% and 36%, respectively. The company currently has an enterprise value of $1.6 trillion.
If Broadcom matches growth estimates and maintains its valuation ratio, AVGO stock could nearly triple over the next five years. This projection is based on the continued expansion of the AI market.
