SPS addresses barriers in traditional real estate, such as high capital requirements and liquidity issues. By tokenizing assets, a $1 million property could be divided into 10,000 tokens valued at $100 each.
The SPS token presale is scheduled for April 5, 2026, on the Base network. Of the total 600 million token supply, 40% will be available during this initial sale.
Following the presale, users can stake tokens to access platform features. The accompanying marketplace will allow investment in fractional property shares.
The project implements a deflationary model where a portion of property proceeds buys back and burns SPS tokens. This mechanism is designed to decrease the total token supply over time.
SPS also operates a referral system offering a 5% reward. This reward is paid directly to a user’s wallet in the cryptocurrency used for the referral purchase.
