Cryptocurrency markets rebounded sharply on Tuesday, with Bitcoin climbing over 3% to $65,000 after hitting a three-week low. Altcoins followed, led by Solana and Monero. The token KITE surged 20% daily to break into the top 100 altcoins by market capitalization, capping a 135% monthly gain.
Bitcoin’s price fell to a three-week low of $62,500 before rebounding to trade above $65,000. The cryptocurrency’s market capitalization has reclaimed the $1.3 trillion level, while its dominance over alts sits above 56%.
Ethereum recovered from a dip to $1,800 and now stands near $1,900. XRP also reclaimed a crucial support level at $1.36 as the broader market turned positive.
Among larger-cap altcoins, SOL and XMR posted the most significant gains with increases of around 7%. Solana was trading near $82, while Monero moved above $335.
The token KITE entered the top 100 altcoins following a massive 20% surge daily. Its monthly performance shows a 135% pump, significantly outpacing the broader market.
Other notable gainers included MORPHO, LEO, and WLFI. The total cryptocurrency market cap recovered approximately $80 billion in a single day to reach $2.330 trillion.
