Seoul FinTech Lab, a government-funded incubator, has partnered with XRPL Korea to launch the Korea Financial Innovation Program 2026. The three-month initiative, sponsored by Ripple, aims to help teams turn product ideas into real businesses on the XRP Ledger. Selected participants will receive mentorship and compete for prizes totaling $21,390, with access to further funding opportunities.
A major incubator in South Korea is launching a program to foster development on the XRP Ledger. Seoul FinTech Lab is collaborating with XRPL Korea for the Korea Financial Innovation Program 2026, according to a report.
Ripple is the primary sponsor, with about 21 other companies participating as partners. The program seeks to develop teams that can build real businesses on the XRPL ecosystem.
Applications for the three-month program open on April 1. Twelve selected teams will advance to the main round beginning in May.
Participating teams will receive business consulting, blockchain mentoring, and networking support. Partners will also offer legal support, investment review, and invitations to overseas conferences.
A dedicated community named Milgram will share onboarding materials and regulatory information. Participants can also receive 1:1 consulting throughout the program.
The winning team will receive a prize of $3,340. Second and third place will award $2,000 and $1,330, respectively.
Several partners will present special awards of $1,330 each. Legal advisory services worth $4,000 per year will be provided to the top two teams.
Total prizes amount to approximately $21,390. Participants will also get recommendations for the XRPL Grants program, which offers up to $200,000 in funding.
