Truth Social, linked to U.S. President Donald Trump, filed an SEC registration on Friday, as stated. The filing seeks two funds to track CRO and Bitcoin and Ether performance plus staking rewards.
Truth Social Funds will partner with Crypto.com for custody and staking services, with Yorkville America Equities, LLC advising. Shares will be sold through Foris Capital US LLC and carry a 0.95% management fee.
The Truth Social Cronos Yield Maximizer ETF is designed to mirror CRO’s performance and collect staking rewards. The Truth Social Bitcoin and Ether ETF aims to track combined Bitcoin and Ether returns and include Ether staking rewards.
The registration statement is subject to SEC review and has not yet become effective. Crypto.com said it will provide digital asset custody, liquidity, and staking services for the new funds.
