CryptoQuant analyst Darkfost stated the 30-day moving average of Bitcoin flowing into Binance is at its lowest level since 2020. Approximately 4,900 BTC are being sent to the exchange each month, suggesting fewer investors are planning to sell.
Meanwhile, analysts noted Bitcoin is trading around $72,000 and testing the 200-period exponential moving average near $71,100. Momentum indicators like the Relative Strength Index show strength beginning to weaken from overbought zones.
Contradicting the low inflows, analyst PelinayPA indicated the whale ratio for Bitcoin is increasing on exchanges. “Whales are taking their Bitcoin to exchanges and selling it during minor rallies in the short-term,” the analyst stated, which creates price resistance.
