Bitcoin miners struggle; fractal predicts Oct 2026 bottom, $200k target by 2030

-

Bitcoin remains under bearish pressure following its October 10, 2025 crash, with miners facing conditions that align with historical bear markets. Stablecoin exchange netflows are negative, a trend that must reverse to signal a sentiment shift. Fractal analysis suggests a potential cycle bottom between $41,500 and $45,000 in the first half of October 2026. Looking ahead, Fibonacci extension levels project a possible rise to $152,300 before reaching $200,000 to $220,000 by 2030. Institutional adoption, including accumulation by firms like Strategy, may influence future cycles, though crypto’s maturation could lead to less explosive bullish phases.

Bitcoin miners are under significant pressure, with on-chain data aligning with historical bear-market conditions. The leading cryptocurrency has been in a bearish trend since the crash on October 10, 2025.

Stablecoin inflows to exchanges, which historically powered bull runs like the one in April 2021, are currently negative on a 30-day moving average basis. A positive shift in this metric would be needed to signal a change in market sentiment.

Fractal analysis shared by the founder and CEO of crypto intelligence platform Alphractal indicated that $41,500 to $45,000 will mark this cycle’s bottom. The projection, based on historical symmetry, targets the first half of October 2026 as the likely timeframe.

Looking toward 2030, institutional adoption is expected to accelerate, with major entities such as Strategy accumulating Bitcoin. As the asset matures, its price cycles may not be as explosively bullish as in previous years.

Technical analysis using Fibonacci retracement levels shows that if the current cycle mirrors the 2020–2022 run, Bitcoin could pull back to $39,100. Such a retracement would then potentially push beyond the 61.8% extension level at $152,300.

A high of $200,000 to $220,000 could be reached by 2030 before Bitcoin enters its next bear cycle. Investors should note that this cycle may take longer to complete, as the previous cycle took almost twice as long from bottom to top compared to the 2020 cycle.
