BNB price rose 3.37% to $648.68 after breaking above the $621.94 resistance level, supported by a new fundamental catalyst: Microsoft Azure is now a cloud option for BNB Agent Studio, with a $1,000 credit pool. Open interest on derivatives markets is approaching $1 billion, indicating rising positioning that could increase volatility. BNB trades above both its 50-day and 200-day moving averages, while the On-Balance Volume (OBV) indicator is rising alongside price, suggesting market participation supports the move. Holding above $621.94 remains critical for the bullish setup.
The BNB price has broken through a significant resistance level, with a new Microsoft Azure cloud-credit service for BNB Agent Studio acting as a fresh market catalyst.
At press time, BNB is trading at $648.68, up 3.37% over the past 24 hours, after breaking above the $621.94 level. The move comes alongside BNB Chain’s announcement that Azure is now a cloud option for deploying agents through BNB Agent Studio.
Based on TradingView data, BNB has risen beyond the $621.94 resistance point, with the latest candle moving toward the $650 range. BNB is also trading above its 50-day moving average at $616.23 and its 200-day moving average at $585.71.
The OBV is currently at 574.23 million and is moving higher alongside the recent price increase. This suggests that market participation is supporting the move.
BNB has also recovered from the July lows around $550. A move above $650 could strengthen the bullish setup, while falling below $621.94 could weaken the breakout.
BNB Chain stated, “Azure is now a cloud option for deploying agents in BNB Agent Studio.” It also said, “Microsoft is putting up a $1,000 pool of credits to cover the cloud.”
The update could improve accessibility for developers experimenting with AI agents through BNB Agent Studio. For BNB, the potential impact is more closely linked to developer activity than the direct value of the credits.
Data from CoinGlass shows BNB open interest approaching $1 billion alongside the price increase. Rising open interest indicates that derivatives positioning is increasing during the breakout.
This could amplify the next move in either direction. Holding above $621.94 would support the bullish setup, while a reversal could trigger faster liquidations.
BNB needs to hold above $621.94 and break through $650 to strengthen the current setup. The Azure announcement adds a fresh catalyst, while elevated open interest could increase volatility.
Cryptocurrency markets remain highly volatile, and traders should monitor price action, market sentiment, and upcoming catalysts before making investment decisions.
