According to the company’s estimates, the proceeds from this financing combined with ongoing operations could enable the acquisition of roughly 270 additional BTC. This would bring its total holdings to approximately 3,415 BTC.
The financing includes strategic investors such as Adam Back and TOBAM. Adam Back’s direct shareholding will rise from 39.65 million shares to 54.30 million shares, while TOBAM’s holdings will increase from about 9.49 million to 12.08 million shares.
Capital B’s stock price was trading at approximately $0.63 (€0.57) after an 8.06% drop in the previous trading day. Meanwhile, Bitcoin traded at $77,671.76, down 1.9% in the past 24 hours but up over 19% in the past month.
The company’s Bitcoin yield has increased by 2.1% year-to-date in 2026. The quarterly breakdown shows Bitcoin per share rose by 0.1% in Q4 2025, 0.7% in Q1 2026, 1.1% in Q2 2026, and 0.3% in Q3 2026.
Capital B aims to achieve a total of 15,000 BTC by the end of 2027. In April, it added 37 BTC to reach 2,925 BTC, supported by a 1.25% BTC yield and a gain of 35.3 BTC.
