The details of the transaction were disclosed in an 8-K filing with the US Securities and Exchange Commission on Monday. These purchases were executed at an average price of $77,906 per Bitcoin.
This latest investment brings MicroStrategy’s total Bitcoin holdings to 818,334 BTC. The company’s aggregate cost basis for its Bitcoin position is now $75,537 per coin.
