REAL Technologies, the parent of REAL Finance, has executed its first securities tokenization agreement, activating a client pipeline exceeding $100 million. The deal with regulated EU broker Factori AD involves tokenizing equity derivatives for Bulgaria’s Alpha Bulgaria AD on an EVM-compatible blockchain. This pilot validates the firm’s operational infrastructure ahead of its own Layer 1 mainnet launch.
REAL Technologies has initiated its first live tokenization of a real security. The agreement with Factori AD unlocks a committed institutional asset pipeline worth over $100 million.
The EU-regulated investment broker will handle compliance and custody while routing assets through REAL Finance’s infrastructure. Tokenization begins on an EVM blockchain before migrating to the company’s planned dedicated Layer 1 network.
The pilot involves equity derivatives of publicly traded Alpha Bulgaria AD. The transaction covers 5 million warrants currently valued at approximately $3 each based on recent exchange rates.
This process focuses on tokenizing genuine securities like shares and bonds, not synthetic exposure. Licensed brokers retain regulatory duties while the platform provides the on-chain settlement layer.
The initial deal tests the full workflow under real-world conditions. Success will enable scaling to service the substantial pre-committed asset flow.
REAL Technologies CEO Ivo Grigorov stated the deal proves capabilities are operational. “The pilot allows us to validate the full model before we scale,” he added.
COO Valentin Dimitrov emphasized the architecture’s institutional design. “This first executed deal, together with the committed flow, confirms institutional demand for the infrastructure we are building,” he said.
