Injective Price Near $3-$4 Support, Eyes $16 Resistance Amid U.S. Policy Push

-

Analyst Noncler highlighted that the Injective (INJ) price is showing one of the cleanest cycle reset structures seen recently, finding support near $3–4. The asset faces major resistance at $16, $35, and $52 levels after a prolonged downtrend. Concurrently, the project is expanding its U.S. policy engagement through the newly launched Injective Policy Institute, aiming to shape regulatory discussions on decentralized finance and tokenization.

The Injective price has been forming lower highs at approximately $52, $35, and $16 during a sustained corrective phase. According to an analysis shared on X, this action confirmed strong bearish pressure throughout the downtrend.

New price action indicates a potential shift, with the coin attempting to form a higher low in the $3–4 region. This area has historically acted as an accumulation zone where selling pressure diminishes and buying interest slowly increases.

The weekly chart shows a consistent downtrend line that has capped all recovery attempts since the asset’s 2024 peak. Each touch of this line resulted in a reversal, establishing the series of lower highs.

Current trading between $3 and $4 suggests low volatility and potential seller exhaustion, which often precedes a significant market move. A break above the falling trendline could signal a structural shift, with initial targets at the $16 resistance level.

Beyond technicals, Injective is advancing its regulatory strategy. The project officially introduced The Injective Policy Institute (IPI), which it described as its policy and research arm.

“The policy and research arm of Injective will work directly with regulators and lawmakers to advance onchain finance innovation in Washington, D.C. and throughout the United States,” Injective stated on X. The institute aims to engage with U.S. regulatory bodies on legislation concerning decentralized finance, tokenization, and on-chain derivatives.

This initiative seeks to simplify regulations to facilitate blockchain finance within a clear legal framework. Observers believe such regulatory engagement could build long-term trust in the Injective ecosystem amid growing global competition in digital finance.
