Nvidia Eyes Big Beat Feb 25: UBS Raises Target to $245 as Revenue Forecasts Climb Momentum

-

Internal summary: NVIDIA will report fourth-quarter fiscal 2026 results on February 25, with analysts expecting $1.52 per share and roughly $65.56 billion in revenue. UBS analyst Timothy Arcuri raised his price target to $245 and models about $67.5 billion for Q4 and $76 billion for the April quarter.

NVIDIA (NVDA) is scheduled to report fourth-quarter fiscal 2026 earnings on February 25. Wall Street expects $1.52 per share, up 70%, and roughly $65.6 billion in revenue.

The stock has risen about 10% this week and trades near $190 per share. Momentum turned bullish ahead of earnings after analysts revised forecasts upward.

UBS analyst Timothy Arcuri raised his price target to $245 from $235 and kept a Buy rating. The new target implies about 28% upside from current levels.

Arcuri now models fiscal fourth-quarter revenue near $67.5 billion, roughly $2.5 billion above company guidance. He also projects about $76 billion in revenue for the April quarter, above many Street estimates.

Arcuri said supply chain checks remain strong despite the stock trading sideways recently. He highlighted NVIDIA‘s developer conference, NVIDIA GTC, scheduled for next month.

NVIDIA still leads the AI chip market, supported by strong demand and pricing power. (Ed. note: high valuation raises the risk of a sharp reaction if results miss expectations.)
