XRP is trading at $1.07 after a 5% monthly decline, with analysts identifying the $1.06 support zone as the pivotal level that could determine the token’s next major price movement. Market observers are split on the outlook, with some predicting a rally toward $1.64 if support holds, while others warn of a potential drop below $1.00.
Ripple’s XRP token has fallen 5% over the past month to its current price of $1.07, placing it just above the critical $1.06 support zone that analysts say could trigger the next decisive breakout.
Ali Martinez believes that "everything comes down to $1.06 for XRP." According to his analysis, holding this line could open the door to a rally toward $1.35 and potentially $1.64, while losing it might result in a decline to as low as $0.62.
Analyst ChartNerd also emphasized the importance of this level, noting that XRP found support at $1.06. However, they cautioned that heavy resistance remains in the $1.08-$1.23 range, and prior ascending support has been lost.
"$1.16 remains the main roadblock ahead of the EMAs. Downward pressure remains until otherwise," ChartNerd stated.
The analyst further suggested that XRP may sweep below $1.00 in the near future, describing such a move as "another golden ticket entry in disguise" given the current market structure. They added that "the next few months are setting the stage for the next market repricing. Maybe the biggest yet."
EGRAG CRYPTO opined that XRP has lost its 50-day moving average and is approaching the 100-day EMA, a zone that has historically provided strong long-term support.
The analyst labeled a potential retrace to the $1.00-$0.95 range as a "healthy macro retest while holding the 100 EMA," setting $0.80 as the maximum downside if the token falls to the lower boundary of its long-term channel.
JAVON MARKS presented a more modest but still bullish prediction, claiming that XRP has shown a clear breakout of a key resistance trend, which could allow the price to jump beyond $3.50.
